Powered by quality. Driven by design. Positioned to win.

Team Rebel Direct (TRD) is a custom sports apparel and uniform company that specializes in sports uniforms, accessories and corporate apparel. The sweet spot for TRD is in youth football, baseball and basketball. The TRD team is known for their speed and ability to turnaround new custom designs quickly, delivering them with high-quality, performance and budget-friendly pricing. TRD sees themselves as the next challenger to today’s mainstream sport brands - Nike, Under Armour and Adidas.

After 8 years of honing their craft in the Midwest, TRD is planning a major expansion all across the US. The Team Rebel Direct team is looking for the right branding to power their next move.

And YOU can help them build it!

Suggested Theme & Style Guidelines

Team Rebel Direct is looking for inspiring and creative video concepts that can be the centerpiece of their branding campaign. The video concepts should include the following themes:

Speed - In sports, there is one universal truth - speed kills. This should be captured in how TRD makes uniforms that translate to speed on the field and on the court of competition.

Customization - TRD prides itself in creating custom designs that are unique to each team and each season. Great teams and great players have signature moves that define them. TRD designs take advantage of this. They don’t believe in cookie-cutter looks but designs that are innovative and uniforms that perform well.

You are free to develop additional themes but Speed and Customization must be included.

Storyboard Art by Jarid Boyce

Creatives from around the world are invited to submit their ideas that capture scenes of the Team Rebel Direct brand in action. You should submit a treatment, a visual storyboard and other visual references that tell the story of the :60 second video you’d like to make. You may even create a short clip teaser in a GIF format if you’d like.

3 finalists will be selected at the end of the contest to have their storyboard reviewed by the owner of Team Rebel Direct, Len Denham! These finalists will recieve a custom accessories swag bag from TRD.

One winner will be chosen from the finalists to receive $500 for their winning concept and a custom designed jersey or hoodie of their choice.

This is an incredible career opportunity to create a concept to tell a story!

Submission Criteria
Your submission should include these elements:
1. A treatment
2. A visual storyboard
3. Visual references (if needed)

For both treatment (1) and visual storyboard (2) please consider:
